Minimum Rental Period
All equipment has a minimum rental period of 1 month. Some equipment offers discounted monthly rates for longer terms.
Deposit Policy
- A deposit is required for all equipment rentals, the amount depends on the equipment type
- The deposit is fully refunded upon normal return of the equipment
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of return
- Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit if equipment is damaged or lost
Renewal
- You can renew before the end of your rental period at the same monthly rate
- No new deposit is required for renewals
- We recommend notifying us 3 days before the end of the rental period
Early Return
- Early returns are accepted
- Rental fees already paid are non-refundable
- The deposit will be refunded as normal
Equipment Damage / Loss
- Normal wear and tear is not charged
- Damage caused by misuse will be charged at repair cost
- Lost equipment will incur replacement charges
- Specific costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis
